TikToker Dylan Mulvaney has posted a ‘facial reveal’ after undergoing facial feminization surgery.
Facial feminization surgery, or FFS, generally refers to gender-affirming treatments used to feminize the appearance of the face. Dylan was candid about having surgery in December before taking some time off to heal, saying ‘I’m the happiest I’ve ever been’ in an early update video of the year.
So, with a self-proclaimed ‘flair for drama’, Dylan teased his comeback on social media – even referencing Karlie Kloss infamous «look the camp straight in the eye» post.
Enter the «facial reveal» video – with not one, but two gorgeous outfits!
The first look shows Dylan in a gorgeous animatronic Cameron Hughes dress, with the theme «Swan Lake».
While the second part sees them in a retro-inspired Amsale dress:
