Kanye West is reportedly being investigated after he allegedly snatched a woman’s phone from her hand and threw it away when she refused to stop filming him.
From a viral videothe rapper turned fashion designer was leaving his daughter North’s basketball game when he noticed he was being followed by dads.
While it’s unclear if the woman was a dad or just a fan, he allegedly got out of his car and confronted her as she filmed him from inside her own vehicle.
«You didn’t have to run at me like that,» he told the woman, who held her phone to her face.
«If I say stop, stop with your cameras!»
When the woman tried to argue that she could film him because he was «a celebrity,» Ye allegedly reached into his car, grabbed his phone, and threw it away.
As he walked away, he reportedly ran into another pap. However, it is unclear what he said to him to make him back down.
It is unclear how long the woman allegedly filmed West, 45, and what happened before he got out of his car which led him to confront her.
According to TMZ law enforcement sources, Ventura County Sheriff’s Department deputies were called to the scene around 4:30 p.m. and received video evidence of the incident.
According to the outlet’s report, the woman was photographed leaving the sheriff’s department and talking to police officers.
West has since been named as a suspect in a battery investigation, TMZ alleged.

However, that wasn’t the only time West begged to be left alone today. In another part of the clip, after getting back into his car, he stopped in front of a group of dads who were capturing the whole incident on camera.
«Do you want me to get into your kids’ games like this?» Ye said to dad, who tried to defend himself by saying «there are a hundred of us».
“Everyone has to stop when I see my children. If I need to see my kids, you can’t photograph me,” West continued. «It’s called human rights.»

Again, when dad tried to say they were allowed to take his picture because they were on a public street, Ye just stared at him before leaving with his new ‘wife’ Bianca Censori, 27 years, in the passenger seat.
Ye’s confrontation with the paps comes just a day after he was spotted shopping at Balenciaga with Censori – even after they cut ties with him for spitting anti-Semitic comments on social media .
He was seen browsing the store’s shoe selection with the Australian Yeezy employee he reportedly married in a non-legal ceremony earlier this month.
Despite this seemingly happy new chapter in Ye’s life, sources told Page Six that the Kardashians were worried about the rushed wedding.
